Welcome
Alright, in all honesty, if anyone can actually decode this, I will be extremely impressed.
But anyways, on with it
This cryptograph contains the first or a series of three messages that must be decoded.
Of course, there is a prize for decoding all three messages
But of course, the best kind of prize is a "suprise"
So, here is the first cipher:

If you are actually going to attempt to decode this, I suggest you print this table out, it is so much less of an eye sore if you do
This particular cipher has another name, but it is defined as a transposition cipher in which the elements
of plaintext are entered in the form of a matrix (an array or grid).
Now, decrypting this cipher requires that you know the specific path of the addresse to follow. In other words,
this particular type of cipher requires that you "follow" a certain "path" while reading it.
However, there is a second step. Half of this cipher contains the message you desire. The other half, though a little grammatically
incorrect, is actually a clue as to the exact origin of the second part of the series.
Now, to distinguish between which part is the needed message, and which is the clue, you must also solve a second cryptograph
Take a hard look at this table

Hopefully you will be able to overlook the distorted columns. This part is utilizing the "bifid cipher". How to use
this specific cipher is up to you to discover. I will now give you a sequence that requires the bifid cipher table to
be decoded:
This is the half of the above cipher that is the hint for the second step.
I would pay very close attention to any examples given with the definition and use of the bifid cipher. If you dont, you will inevitably run into a dead end while trying to decrypt the above sequence.
